Federal Services will begin interviews and employment offers for the upcoming ISC - CAPPS contract transition over the next few months. We will interview all hourly personnel that are incumbents to the ISC as we can determine. Exempt personnel will be interviewed based on best position qualifications. Federal Services will not be hiring by seniority but will be recognizing seniority upon hire. We will be hiring the best qualified incumbent candidates that add the most value to Federal Services' mission.
